Quran Scroll ("the App") is developed and provided as a distraction-free, offline-first Quran reading and personal reflection application. We are committed to protecting your privacy.
Quran Scroll does not collect, transmit, store on external servers, or share any personal information, usage analytics, device identifiers, or location data. The App does not require you to create an account or sign in.
All data you create within the App—including your bookmarked verses, personal reflection notes, and reading appearance preferences (such as theme and font size)—is stored exclusively locally on your device. We have no access to your notes, bookmarks, or preferences.
The App allows you to share verses or export your personal notes into document formats (such as PDF, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Apple Pages, and Apple Numbers). These files are generated locally on your device and are only shared or saved to destinations that you explicitly choose using Apple’s standard iOS Share Sheet.
Quran Scroll contains no third-party advertising SDKs, no analytics trackers, and no external profiling tools. The Quran text database is bundled directly within the App so it functions 100% offline.
Because Quran Scroll does not collect any data from any user, it complies with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and similar international privacy frameworks.
If we update this Privacy Policy in the future, any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
